Never received the watch, they changed the explanation 3 times and in the end they cancelled the order. There was a good explanation for this in the end due to fire in the shop. But next time give me the right explanation from the beginning. I choose the shop due to good reviews so the shop should be fine, but when you purchase an expensive watch there should be clear communication.

Angeblich wurde die gekaufte Uhr eine paar Stunden vorher im Ladengeschäft verkauft. Der Händler hat aber sofort geschrieben, dass man nicht bezahlen soll. Also trotz der Endtäuschung ein professionelles Verhalten.

Unfortunately, the transaction had to be cancelled after the payment had been done due to internal problems at the dealer. It was agreed that as soon as the problems were solved the watch will be offered to me again. In the meantime the watch will be reserved for me and the money was refunded.

While there was a challenge with rh package coming through US customs, the shop was incredibly responsive and worked with me to come to a reasonable solution. Because of their actions to fix the situation, I would absolutely purchase from this dealer again.
