Genta was founded upon a passion and love for the amazing and intricate world of Swiss luxury watches. The exclusive status of certain brands can make the process of finding a specific watch somewhat complex and difficult. This challenge sparked the idea of establishing an own business, in order to make this search more enjoyable for fellow watch fanatics.

With premium customer service at its core, Genta is the ultimate party for those who value an all-round carefree experience. The focus of our brand is offering some of the world's most highly sought after pieces, in brand new condition. However, we also carry a number of pre-loved watches in our collection for those who can appreciate a nice vintage piece.
OUR POLICIES
All of our watches come with a full set. In order to pay via Trusted Checkout, you will have to transfer the money to a trust account. It will remain there until you have your dream watch in your hands. Only then is the money paid to us (the merchant).
Each watch is insured and shipped for its full value. Shipments within the EU don't take longer than an estimated 3-5 working days. In Belgium we aim for 1-3 working days. If you are located outside the EU, you should take into account any import duties and VAT imposed by the country where the good will be consumed. This also applies if you wish to return the watch.
Please contact us using the Chrono24 message service within 14 days if the watch you ordered is not delivered or does not match our description, the purchase amount can be refunded from the trust account. The same counts if you have any doubts as to the authenticity of a watch you have purchased from us. In the unlikely event, your money will be refunded directly from Chrono24.
