Very happy with the overall experience, would definitely recommend. Couple of points of constructive feedback: Firstly the item was shipped 1-2 days later to what I was expecting, a heads up would be appreciated. Also, the resolution of the images could be better.

I would recommend this dealer, but there were some minor issues that slightly soured the experience. First, I asked if I would be charged extra if I paid with AMEX and was told I wouldn't be - but of course I was. It ended up costing £361 more. Importantly, the dealer immediately offered to cancel the whole transaction but I decided to proceed anyway and get the air miles. Second, there was a 4 day delay between the money going into the escrow account and the watch being sent. This was later revealed to be because the person who sizes the bracelets was not working that week. I offered to size the bracelet myself, so it was sent unadjusted. Finally, don't price gouge on postage and packaging. The watch costs £18,000. You don't need to charge £45 for £14.15 worth of insured postage. These are minor quibbles, and the gentleman I communicated with was excellent. Really, I consider them more to be learning points than real problems or complaints. Most importantly, the watch is precisely what I paid for and is perfect.
