The watch was actually in very good condition, except for the bracelet which was visible in the pictures that it was worn. Other than that you received an extra strap in perfect condition including in the package and still you were dissatisfied even though the watch was in great condition. Unfortunately for you, you did not take the time to check the pictures properly and of course still leave such a review. Heartwarming, thanks for nothing, and please in the future check the pictures you see before buying.

You are 100% right, you should have thought before buying but apparently, you didn't understand our ad that is clearly mentioned CUSTOM DIAMOND SETTING. And it has to be made in 2 weeks, that's the time we needed to prepare the setting of the watch, especially for you! You send the watch to Cartier for checkout, (and as normal Cartier will never say its good when the setting is not done by Cartier itself) So dear sir please ask questions before you buy next time when you don't understand the ad, All the best.

Sorry for this inconvenience, but this 99,99% does not happen. As you can see we have 96% client satisfaction... It did not go through the watchmaker before shipping but anyhow you got refunded directly without discussions. Wish you the best and hopefully will be better next time. Dear Its very unfortunate what you say ,the watch exactly as described you have wrote us that the glass of the watch was smaller then your watch in 0.2mm which is impossible to see that difference*(0.2mm??) even worse you have measured the glass with a metal caliber and scratch our glass. We didn't want to make you pay for it and we returned the watch back with out any problem ,and more you have probably opened the case back of the watch and didn't closed it at all!!! Normally you should have paid for the damage of the glass but again we closed our eye. Even your very bad review which is competently wrong we wish you all the best.

Dear sir We have advertised the watch as full set ,and it was full set meaning the original box the original papers all the booklets and documents ,the only thing that you claimed missing were the links. The watch is in perfect condition you got it for the cheapest price in the world (we gave an additional reduction of 300 euro) And we told you we will try to get you extra links for the watch for free!!! Even we asked chrono 24 to give you extra 50 euro back, to you find the links your self . The packing of the watch was perfect as well (the box is from 2008) so maybe it was not in new condition. In the end you got a beautiful watch in perfect condition full set and for the best price world wide. We wish you all the best.

It is very unfortunate what you are writing ,you got the watch after 3 days we got the payment confirmation,the watch is serviced and in perfect condition with its original box and papers. When you got the watch you have told us that the watch has'' signs it was subject of some intervention on the back''. You knew from the beginning that the watch have been serviced by our watch maker and it was written on our add as well. You have asked to return the watch and we accepted it immediately as well.(no questions asked) 1- you have given 3 stars for shipping although you got the watch in 3 days until your home. 2- you have given 1 star for item description even that the watch was in perfect condition FULL SET BOX AND PAPERS.(and the exact condition as in our pictures online) 3- you have given 2 stars for communication although we have answered all of your mail immediately,we can easily prove that from our chats. 4- last and worst you do not recommend us actually for no reason that a normal human been will understand . We are working in a serous business here and we try to provide our clients the best service and the best quality goods. By laying back on you chair and behind the computer screen and writing all the non sense with out a blink of an eye is very easy apparently but its definitely not the truth. What's the most not understandable that you even didn't bough the watch and still writing not logical comments. This is defiantly not the way to make business.

Its very sad the you say we had no communication ,we surly talked 3 or 4 times before you bought the watch, As for the shipping we sent our watches with Fedex and we surly rap the watch in the inner box and the box it self with very good protection ,so i cant understand how the watch came broken or damaged by you ,you can see clearly in the pictures the the watch was not broken or had any flaws at all. About the price you are very right ,we gave you extra discount on the price the was the cheapest in the world. Any way we are still glad you are happy with your purchase and we wish you all the best.
