One of the worst experience on e-commerce. I wrote to the seller before completing the purchase around end of February 2021 in order to agree the delivery date for the product which has been confirmed by the seller (for late March). Having been comforted by those messages I then completed the purchase and sent the payment to Chrono24 which has been received around the 3rd of March 2021. I have been then informed only on the 11th of March, several days after having completed the payment, that the article was not anymore avaiable due to the fact that that was not anymore avaiable by a Prestige Luxusuhren's supplier (please note that I had never been told before that there was an other supplier involved in the process and had no reason at all to doubt that the product was not already available at the time of purchasing). This means that Prestige Luxusuhren has been selling, and confirming the delivery date by message, a product without actual knowledge of its avaible and informing the buyer after more than a week compared to the moment when the payment has been received by Chrono24. I have then wrote an email to the seller on the 11th of March regarding the topic and have not received any answers at all. Their unprofessional behaviour has caused me damages and I am suriprised that the webiste Chrono24 allows this sort of acvitivies.

Aus 3-4 Wochen Lieferzeit wurden über 3 Monate, keine Kommunikation seitens des Händlers, nur auf Nachfragen wurde neue Termine genannt, die natürlich ebenfalls nicht gehalten wurden. Nach 3 (!) Monaten wurde der Kauf nun durch mich storniert. Die Uhr steht weiterhin mit 3-4 Wochen Lieferzeit im Angebot, wiewohl der Händler offensichtlich genau weiß, dass er nicht liefern kann. Kann nur dringend von diesem Händler abraten aufgrund meiner Erfahrungen.

They adversities a watch they don’t have in their possession. Then they waste my time for over a month with absolutely no progress. As the final icing in the cake, they then cancel my order since it turns out they can’t get their hands in the watch I’ve paid for, at all. A watch that is readily available at numerous of watch outlets. In fact, it only took me 5 min to find another one. Something I wish I had done from the start.

Não cumpriu o prazo de entrega. Deu sempre a mesa resposta, sem cumprir prazo acordado no momento da compra

Als die Uhr nicht pünktlich eintraf, kontaktierte ich den Händler. Dieser sagte mir, dass Chrono eine falsche Angabe bezüglich der Lieferzeit gemacht. hat. Dies war so nicht richtig, wie ich von Chrono erfahren habe. Als ich den Händler daraufhin erneut kontaktierte, wurde er richtig unverschämt. Natürlich habe ich die Bestellung storniert.

Prestige L cancelled my order due to price increase in delivery period. Excuse is that it’s a discontinued model. Got the message 3 weeks agter ended pricenegotiation and acceptance

Na weken wachten nog geen zicht op levering horloge. Uiteindelijk heb ik de koop geannuleerd. Geen communicatie, moest zelf elke keer initiatief nemen. Helaas negatieve ervaring met deze verkoper.

Realicé la compra de un reloj el 22 de julio del 2020. La previsión de entrega era la primera semana de septiembre del 2020,. A mediados de enero del 2021 cancelé la compra tras esperar más de 7 meses a que me sirviesen el pedido. No recomiendo a este comercial para realizar ninguna acción.

le vendeur a proposé une montre Tissot a un prix compétitif puis a continuellement repoussé la date de livraison. Au bout de trois semaines j'ai annulé car il s'agissait d'un cadeau. Très déçu de cette expérience car la première fois pour une Oméga tout s'était très bien déroulé.

Jeg bestilte et ur midt november 2020, og fik af vide det ville blive leveret efter 3-4 uger. Slut december er det stadig ikke sendt afsted og jeg har intet fået af vide omkring det, så januar 2021 Beder jeg om mine penge retur af C24

Il commerciante non è stato trasparente per quanto riguarda la disponibilità dell’orologio. Nonostante siano cordiali e rispondano a tutti i messaggi.

Keine Kommunikation, keine lieferung zur Zusage, immer wieder später, sorry, hab selber Firma, geht gar nicht, Händler nicht fähig!!!!

L'annuncio era corredato da una sola foto, e tale foto illustrava un render dell'orologio (non un'immagine reale dello stesso). Dopo aver ordinato l'orologio (senza pagare), ho chiesto all'offerente se poteva inviarmi qualche foto "reale" dell'orologio. La mia domanda non è stata seguita da alcuna risposta. Allora ho provveduto ad annullare e revocare l'ordine. Dopo di ciò, l'annuncio è sparito da chrono24 e tutt'ora non esiste più. Tutto ciò è sinceramente inquietante. Prima di quest'ultima pessima esperienza d'acquisto, il sottoscritto ha comprato 12 orologi con Chrono24, trovandosi sempre molto bene. Saluti.

Aangeboden goederen zijn niet in stock , deze worden pas aangevraagd bij producent bij bestelling van klant. Levertijd is daarom zeer lang en niet conform hun advertentie.

Ware wurde nicht geliefert, sondern der Liefertermin wurde verschoben was mir erst auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt wurde. Für mich der selber seit 25 Jahren ein Unternehmen führt, ist so etwas inakzeptabel.

My watch was never sent although they said the watch will be availlable in 6-10 bussines days. After a month of waiting and after the delivery time of watch was exceeded i decided to cancel my order. Nobody contacted me and explained what went wrong and why they didnt send the watch after i waited a month. Conclussion : Avoid and save your nerves

Yet another dealer that places adverts for watches that they either do not have, cannot source or as with another German dealer mysteriously become ‘Reserved’ by another buyer within minutes of placing an order. This has happened twice to me in the last month so sadly this has reduced my confidence in the Chrono24 platform and their process for vetting and authenticating dealers, and their ‘listings’.

Trotz Zusage die liefern zu können, hat er nach meiner Bezahlung einige Tage später wieder abgesagt. Sauerei - da ich die Uhr noch woanders hätte bestellen können und durchbAktion von Uhrinstinkt ist inzwischen die Uhr bei dem anderen Lieferanten auch nicht mehr lieferbar ?!

Die Uhr, die ich bestellt habe, gab es nur auf Anfrage. Anfrageprozess gestartet und 1 Tag später bekomme ich das Angebot mit dem Lieferdatum. Ich bezahle sofort den Betrag (Trusted Checkout), da die Lieferung in 2-4 Wochen gewesen wäre. Um nochmal sicher zu gehen, rief ich sogar beim Händler an : "Die Uhr ist bestellt und kommt dann..." Nun warte ich fast 10 Tage, bis mir der Verkäufer mitteilt, dass die Uhr nicht verfügbar ist. Wo ist da der Sinn der Anfrage und dem Angebot vor dem Kauf ? Wieso werden Inserate veröffentlicht von Uhren, die nicht mehr geliefert werden ? Da nützt eine "Anfrage" auch nichts. Ich hätte mir die Transaktion etwas besser vorgestellt, da es hier ja nicht um Tennissocken, sondern um viel Geld geht. Der Händler hätte prüfen müssen, ob die Uhr physisch vorhanden ist, reservieren und mir dann eine verbindliche Zusage geben müssen. Dann hätte ich mir die Vorfreude und die Überweisung sparen können. Nun warte ich darauf, dass mein Geld wieder bei mir eintrifft...
