Very regrettably, this dealer provided incorrect information about the availability of a watch (despite being asked very specific questions). After I sent the funds to settle the purchase of a watch, I was informed that the watch was not really in stock. Chrono24 helpdesk was helpful in recovering the funds back, but I lost time and money on bank charges.

Commande payée le 13/10 pour une livraison promise entre le 6 et 10/11. j'ai relancé le vendeur qui m'a dit commencer à s'occuper de commander la montre le 10/11, après rappel de CHRONO24 !! .... puis plus jamais de nouvelles jusqu'à l'annulation de la commande le 24/11. Je vous laisse juger

Une fois mon offre d'achat accepter le 18 septembre, j'ai demandé des précisions au sujet de la date de livraison que je trouvais excessive (entre le 13 et 18 octobre). Le vendeur m'a répondu le lendemain : "No information yet". Depuis malgré plusieurs relances je n'ai plus jamais reçu de réponse du vendeur. Compte tenu du montant déboursé (3,900€) je trouve inadmissible de faire attendre un client pendant 10 jours sans nouvelles.

Überhaupt nicht flexibel, er hat die daten nicht eingehalten, bzw er hat mir die Uhr nicht geliefert.

Ik had de betaling gedaan op 24 maart 2023, met de veronderstelling dat de levertijd tussen 13 en 17 mei 2023 zal zijn. In de week van 13 mei 2023, stuurde ik een berichtje om te vragen of het horloge in de week van 13 mei 2023 kan verwachten. De verkoper antwoordde met ja maar er was afgesproken dat het 3 maanden zal gaan duren…! Heel vreemd, want als je de bestellen heb geplaatst en ze geven een levertijd range tussen de 13 en 17 mei 2023 dat is geen 3 maanden. Maar goed dat Chrono24 netjes mijn betaling hebt teruggestort.

Seller was asked to confirm availability of a watch. Availability was confirmed and price was offered. Offer by seller was accepted by buyer. Agreed price was transferred on escrow account. Finally, transaction was cancelled claiming that watch was not available??? How can you declare availability and make a price offer and after acceptance of offer claim that watch is not available? No apologies offered.

Keine Aussagen zur Lieferzeit auch noch Wochen nach der vorher genannten Lieferzeit. Uhr wird immer noch angeboten aber kann nicht geliefert werden warum.

I asked to purchase the watch, the dealer accepted the offer, I paid for the watch, they received payment and days later the dealer reneged on the deal. I am awaiting my refund.

Aucune communication ou information sur la commande. Étant déjà passé par ce vendeur et ayant eu une expérience tout à fait satisfaisante je recommanderais tout de même ce dernier

They just said no further news everytime and asked me waiting and waiting for over half year after dealing. Until I asked them directly: could I really get the watch after long time waiting, they really started the process seriously?! No doubt, the transaction was cancelled! This is the way how they do business, asked their clients waiting and waiting, not keep pushing pressure on watch company! Highly not recommendation!

I've ordered this watch on April 13th. The wait time (provided by the dealer) was from May 16th to June 1st - six weeks. The watch did not arrive during this time. The dealer did not inform me that it would be delayed. I've written SIX messages throughout May, June and July, asking when will it be coming, and every time they responded that "there are some delays and we will let you know". They didn't, of course - every time I was the one to initiate the contact. On July 1st (full month after it was supposed to be delivered), the dealer has responded that "we have just received the information from our supplier that your watch will arrive within the next week" - okay, I think, it's finally here - guess what? On July 12th, I'm asking yet again, and this is the answer I've received: "there has been some small delays regarding your watch unfortunatly, we are looking forward to receive it by the end of the month,". You can imagine I'm getting pretty frustrated at this point, but it's not the end. On July 25th I'm sending another message, asking if I'll receive this watch until the end of July as written in their previous message. Here's the response: "we will let you know once the watch is here, so far we have not received it.. we are looking forward to it. We think its gonna be another 2-3 weeks unfortunatly. Im sorry." At this point I've canceled my order, because I felt that I'm not being treated seriously. I find it extremely disappointing that Chrono24 allows this kind of treatment. I've sold and bought multiple watches on this website and I thought this is not the place for such nonsense. I do not recommend this dealer.

Waited for shipment for one month after the due date, at the end the dealer cancel the order and didnt ship the watch.

J ai passé commande le 24 mai, mon compte a été débité le lendemain Le 25 juin le vendeur me contacte pour me dire que la montre est Pas disponible Ce n est pas sérieux de vendre une montre qu on a pas. Il fallait me débiter les 5000 euros uniquement si la montre était disponible J ai perdu un mois pour mon achat Je déconseille fortement

Der Händler konnte die bestellte und bezahlte Uhr nicht liefern, obwohl ich ihm mehr Zeit gab. Er hielt es auch nicht für nötig, mit mir Kontakt aufzunehmen und über seine Lieferprobleme zu sprechen. Ich habe die Uhr jetzt bei einem lokalen Juwelier erworben.

Rude dealer that never provided an update without being asked along the way and had the nerve of mocking customer for asking for updates evertime. At the end instead of the promised early notification of the delay seller cancels the order after 8 weeks with an apologetic message.

Händler konnte die angegebenen Lieferzeiten nicht einhalten, wirbt mit Uhren, die er nicht im Bestand hat und dann Schwierigkeiten hat, sich mit der bestellten Uhr einzudecken. Wenigstens die Stornierung und die Rückabwicklung lief dann einigermaßen schnell.

Watch should be delivered in less than 1 month and have have now cancelled the order after almost 1 year of waiting. No proactive communication from dealer at all. Only "we don't know" answers when asked.

La commande a été annulée du fait du vendeur pour des raisons qui ne me sont pas claires. Il s'agissait d'une montre tag Heuer modèle 1112BA0928. Celle à fond bleu. valeur environ 1255.
